Shipping Policy
We provide home delivery all over Bangladesh.
For urgent or emergency orders:
– If you place the order in the morning and want delivery within the same night, an delivery charge of BDT 100 is required only within Dhaka.
– For urgent delivery, the order must be placed by 10:00 AM.
Instant delivery is available only within Dhaka 
If you want delivery within a few hours, full advance payment is mandatory.
Delivery will be made via Pathao bike.
The delivery charge must be paid directly to the delivery person.
Instant delivery orders will not be confirmed without full advance payment. To confirm an order with advance payment: 01871-860177 (Personal bKash number)

Fast Delivery Service
We provide fast delivery through Steadfast Courier Service.
Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 24-48 hours Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 48-72 hours
Due to this, parcels cannot be cancelled for urgency or timing issues.
Return Policy
✅ We value customer satisfaction. Therefore, returns are acceptable under the following conditions—
🔸 In which cases are returns acceptable
If the product contains the wrong item, damaged or has a manufacturing defect
You must inform us in our inbox with a picture/video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
🔸 In which cases are returns not acceptable
❌ If the customer’s preference changes
❌ If the color or design is not liked
❌ In case of instant delivery or urgent order
❌ Due to delivery time (2/3 days earlier-later)
🔸 Return process
If the return is approved, the customer will have to send the product at his own risk and expense
The product must be sent in its original condition, with tags
A replacement or refund will be processed after checking the returned product
🔸 Refund information
💸 Refund is only applicable according to the product price
❌ Delivery charges are not refundable
⏳ It may take a maximum of 5-7 working days to process the refund
